It’s always a positive to see any injured Chelsea player back in training, simply because we have suffered so many injuries this season and the squad has been consistently depleted.

The news of the latest player returning to training after an injury may not be seen as a boost or a positive by every Chelsea fans, but for Mauricio Pochettino, it will be seen as a huge boost.

Raheem Sterling, as seen below, has been spotted back in full training again for Chelsea yesterday after his latest injury issue, which appears to be something very minor.

Sterling is not universally adored or rated by all Chelsea fans and in fact, most would be very happy to see him sold this summer. But boosted the numbers of senior players back in our squad ahead of facing Tottenham on Thursday night in the Premier League, can’t be bad.

We’ll have to wait and see if he is deemed fit enough to make the squad.
